Rhinebeck resident charged with mischief, petty larceny

, 46, a resident of Rhinebeck, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2020 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with falsifying business records, a Class E felony, criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, and petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
