Rhinebeck resident charged with drug possession in Newburgh

, 62, a resident of Rhinebeck, was arrested on Oct. 15, 2020 in the Town of Newburgh, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
