New Rochelle resident charged with drug possession in Milan

, 23, a resident of New Rochelle, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2020 in the Town of Milan, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
