Sixty-five new positive tests for coronavirus were reported on Saturday, Nov. 21 in Dutchess County, according to the NYS Department of Health.

On Friday, the most recent data posted by Dutchess County, the number of active cases being monitored by the county was 609, an increase of 6 from the previous day and COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 39, unchanged.

There was one new death attributed to the disease reported by the county.

Over the previous seven days, an average of 2,265 live virus tests were given to county residents each day. Compared to three weeks earlier, active cases were up 238%, hospitalizations were up 680% and there had been 15 new deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
