Ninety-one new positive tests for coronavirus were reported on Thursday, Nov. 26 in Dutchess County, according to the NYS Department of Health.

On Wednesday, the most recent data posted by Dutchess County, the number of active cases being monitored by the county was 652, a drop of 6 from the previous day and COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 42, unchanged.

There was one new death attributed to the disease reported by the county.

Over the previous seven days, an average of 2,310 live virus tests were given to county residents each day. Compared to three weeks earlier, active cases were up 189%, hospitalizations were up 250% and there had been 20 new deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
