Milan resident charged with driving with DWI in Greenport

, 34, a resident of Milan, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2020 in the Town of Greenport, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08 of 1% (first offense), a misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
