64, a resident of Rhinebeck, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2020 in the town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. Following a joint investigation by the NY State Police and Rhinebeck Police Department, 
was charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, and was issued appearance tickets to appear in court at a later date.
