Rhinebeck resident charged with DWI

, 26, a resident of Rhinebeck, was arrested on Jan. 15, 2021 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08 of 1% (first offense), a misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
