Rhinebeck resident charged with grand larceny in Ulster

, 46, a resident of Rhinebeck, was arrested on Jan. 20, 2021 in the Town of Ulster, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony, and was released on their own recognizance.
