Milan resident charged with possession

25, a resident of Milan, was arrested on Jan. 19, 2021 in Pleasant Valley, according to a Dutchess County Sheriff’s report. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and issued tickets to appear in court at a later date.
