COVID-19: three deaths, 129 new cases, 3.7% positivity on Feb. 10 in Dutchess County

One hundred twenty-nine new positive tests for coronavirus were reported on Wednesday, Feb. 10 in Dutchess County for a positivity rate of 3.7%, according to the NYS Department of Health.

On Tuesday, the most recent data posted by Dutchess County, the number of active cases being monitored by the county was 900, an increase of 90 from the previous day and COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 91, a drop of 22.

There were 3 new deaths attributed to the disease reported by the county.

Over the previous seven days, an average of 2,831 live virus tests were given to county residents each day. Compared to three weeks earlier, active cases were down 57%, hospitalizations were down 42% and there had been 63 new deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
