Ninety-one new positive tests for coronavirus were reported on Sunday, Feb. 21 in Dutchess County for a positivity rate of 4.3%, according to the NYS Department of Health.

On Saturday, the most recent data posted by Dutchess County, the number of active cases being monitored by the county was 1156, an increase of 49 from the previous day and COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 55, unchanged.

There was 1 new death attributed to the disease reported by the county.

Over the previous seven days, an average of 2,777 live virus tests were given to county residents each day. Compared to three weeks earlier, active cases were down 22%, hospitalizations were down 63% and there had been 45 new deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
