MTA payroll tax repeal locked in Assembly Ways and Means Committee

ALBANY – Legislation to do away with the MTA payroll tax on Mid-Hudson Valley counties Wednesday passed in the Republican dominated State Senate, but the bill is in the Assembly Ways and Means Committee.
