Zoning changes aim to protect open spaces

RED HOOK – Incumbent Town Board members and a Democratic party nominee are hailing the adoption of zoning changes to preserve open space in the town, but candidates on the Save Our Town line say it undermines already weak property values and will make existing traffic problems worse.
