21, of Rhinebeck, was arrested Aug. 25 at 2:15am in the Village of Rhinebeck and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; he also received a ticket for failure to dim his headlights, according to a Rhinebeck Police report. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court.
