25, of Hyde Park, was arrested Nov. 9 in the Town of Clinton following an accident in the area of Route 9G and Mills Cross Road, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. He was processed and released with tickets to appear in court at a later date.
