, 64, of Elizaville was arrested March 23 at 11:25am on Starbarrack Rd in the town of Red Hook and charged with two counts of drunk driving, both felonies since he had a previous conviction, as well as failing to use a turn signal and having an inadequate exhaust, both infractions, according to a Red Hook Police report. He was processed and released on tickets to appear in court.
