, 21, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested June 3 in Hyde Park and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to a Hyde Park Police report. He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $500 cash or $2,500 bail bond.
