, 48, of Pine Plains, was arrested Aug. 14 at the Red Hook Police Department and charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, as well as harassment, a violation, according to a Red Hook Police report. She was processed and then turned over to the Catskill Police Department where she was wanted on an unrelated charge.
