Poughkeepsie resident charged in Hyde Park for felony DWI

24, a resident of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Oct. 18 in the Town of Hyde Park, according to a Dutchess County Sheriff report. was charged with felony DWI and was issued tickets to appear in court at a later date.
