RHINEBECK — Dutchess County Legislator Joel Tyner, D-Clinton, will host a forum “Fair Redistricting: Crucial for Democracy,” at 6 p.m. today at Rhinebeck Village Hall, 76 E. Market St.
Among the speakers will be Dare Thompson, president of the Mid-Hudson League of Women Voters and member of the Ulster County Reapportionment Commission.
